> What does a Travel Advisor do?

A travel Advisor is an educated and experienced planner to help you plan your most memorable vacations while relieving the stress of doing it yourself. We aren't magicians but we can help you close up those 22 different websites you are looking at!

 

> Can you help us book a cruise, AI resort, or anything else we need for our trip?

Yes! We help you plan every aspect of your trip planning and secure all of the suppliers you need so that you don't have to. We have connections with all of the preferred cruise lines, resorts, hotels, rental cars, excursions, day tours, tour companies, and anything else you might need

 

> Do you book flights only?

No. We don't book flights alone. Flights must be booked with a package with at least accommodations. Flights alone should be booked directly with the airlines you will be flying on, Online, through their app, or by calling their reservations line.  Keep in mind that if you are flying, need accommodations, and more, it's better to let a Travel Advisor do that for you.

 

> Do you charge a fee?

Yes, we had to start charging fees in 2024 for new clients. Agents are paid by commissions and often the supplier's commissions are not nearly enough to cover our time, research, and expenses of running a small business. Some suppliers do not pay commission at all. So we had to start charging a nominal fee to continue to provide you with great services.

 

 > How do we get started?

We start by having you fill out a Travel Request Form listed at the top of our page

 

> Do you have an online or paper itinerary?

Both! Our itinerary builder is an online system that also has a smartphone app for your use! We build all of your information into your itinerary as we do. We can also print out your final itinerary if you need it or you can download and print it yourself.

 

> What type of vacations do you plan?

We plan just about any type of vacation ie; Cruises, All-Inclusive Resorts, Custom Itineraries, Train trips, Tours and more!  Travel for Vacations, Honeymoons, Multigenerational vacations, special occasions, and group trips (more than 9 people is considered a group) to Europe, Alaska, and other USA destinations, Canada, and the Caribbean. Where would you like to go?

> What is the process?

In a nutshell;

1. You fill out our Travel Request Form and submit it to our office

2. We talk to you on the phone for more details and to get to know each other (within 24 business hours)

3. Customer pays the non-refundable planning fee (see our Rates & Services page)

4. We begin searching for the best options and putting together a quote

5. Once the quote is finalized by you, we send a credit card authorization form to secure your trip and we start working on any additional items or services we need to do for your trip

6. Then we provide you with all of the details in our app for your smart phone so that you can refer to your trip as often as you like. Items are added as we go

 

> Do you have more information?
