Meet the Owner/Travel Advisor
Jody VanBogelen’s career began in event planning and project management, where she honed her attention to detail, organization, and creativity, skills that now define her approach to travel design. Today, she uses her expertise to build seamless itineraries for groups, couples, multi-generational families, luxury seekers, and passionate travel lovers who want more than a “cookie-cutter” trip.

Benefits of Using a Travel Advisor
Having a travel advisor is about convenience and peace of mind. Sure, you can hop online, going from place to place, filling out forms, seeking advice from some unknown person or AI assistant, but that is only the beginning. Do you have someone in your corner when things go wrong while you’re traveling? Do you know how the transportation system works in another country? Do you know anything about the culture of the country you’re visiting? Do you know anyone with the experience to work through the details and who knows you and your needs?
What To Expect
To protect the time and care that goes into each itinerary, Jody charges a one-time, non-refundable planning fee for new clients. This includes a private consultation, personalized trip design, and ongoing communication before, during, and after the client travels.
Jody securely manages all your details and bookings—flights, accommodations, transportation, day tours, and shore excursions—so you don’t have to act as travel advisor on your own vacation. You’ll receive a complete digital itinerary via an easy-to-use app you can carry with you on the trip (with an option to print), plus organized final documents with all the details you need. Jody’s goal is simple: you enjoy a seamless, memorable journey while she handles everything behind the scenes. It is the attention to detail and the service that make the trip, not just the click and it’s done.
Jody can assist you anywhere you are located in the USA.
Enjoying Life
When she’s not designing her clients’ next great adventure, you’ll find Jody out in the world herself—enjoying people, nature, history, architecture, and photography—always gathering new ideas, training, and inspiration for your next trip.
